webdevve.com is an independent concierge service. We are not a car dealer, manufacturer, brand representative, or government body.

The mandate is limited to buyer representation. We are retained by the person paying for the vehicle, never by the party selling it. No commission, referral fee, or rebate is accepted from a dealer or seller, so the recommendation we write is the one we would give ourselves.

    Scope of the mandate

    Market research, condition verification, negotiation, and documentation support. Each engagement is fixed in writing before any work begins.

    Remuneration

    Our fee is paid by the buyer and published in a table with tabular figures. Third-party costs are itemised separately, paid at cost, and never marked up.

    Records of the negotiation

    The negotiation log records the asking price, our offer, the counter-offer, and the agreed terms. You keep a copy of every entry.

03 · Process

Four stages, each one recorded before the next begins.

Every engagement runs in the same order. Each stage closes with a written record you approve, so the file is complete before any money changes hands.

    Market research

    We build a shortlist against your specification, then price every candidate against current listings and recorded transaction levels. You see the comparison before any car is viewed.

    Deliverable: shortlist table with asking price, mileage and market spread.

  2. 02

    Condition verification

    An independent inspection covers only the items listed in the report at the time of inspection. It is not a warranty and not a guarantee of future condition.

    Deliverable: condition report with photographs and the VIN redacted.

  3. 03

    Negotiation

    The negotiation log records the asking price, our offer, the counter-offer and the agreed terms. You approve each move before it is put to the seller.

    Deliverable: written log of every offer and counter-offer.

  4. 04

    Documentation

    We check registration history, lien status and the purchase file, then coordinate the transfer with the seller and the registering authority until the file is closed.

    Deliverable: document checklist signed off before payment.

05 — Evidence

Asking price versus agreed terms

Anonymised records of completed engagements. Past observations, not a forecast or a guarantee of future results. Figures show the seller's asking price, the agreed price after negotiation, and the number of days from first viewing to signed handover.

06 — Fees

Indicative fees, agreed before the search begins

These figures cover our own work. Inspection lifts, history reports, transport and local registration are paid at cost to the provider and never marked up. Stage 02 is fixed in the signed mandate before any vehicle is inspected.

Invoices are issued in USD with a secondary UAH figure at the National Bank rate of the invoice date. Figures are indicative until the mandate is signed.

07 — Mandate

Appoint an independent representative before a deposit is placed.

The engagement begins with a written mandate that fixes the scope, lists the verified items and states the Stage 2 fee in advance. Anything outside that report is not covered, and we say so on the first page.
